1. About Us

Reflux Magnets provides industrial electromagnet repair, servicing, rental, refurbishment, sales, and exchange services across India, operating under Electro Flux Equipments Pvt Ltd. 

2. Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to: 

• Repair and refurbishment of circular, rectangular, excavator, and suspension electromagnets 

• Coil rewinding and insulation restoration 

• Magnet rental for short-term and project-based requirements 

• Refurbished magnet sales 

• Exchange and upgrade programmes 

• Calibration, load testing, and certification services 

• On-site inspection, pickup, delivery, and installation support 

All services are subject to availability, technical assessment, and mutual agreement on scope and pricing. 

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided are based on the information and details shared by the customer at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary following physical inspection or diagnostic assessment of the equipment. We will communicate any change in scope or cost before proceeding with work, unless otherwise agreed. 

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times communicated for repair, servicing, or rental deployment are indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the fault, parts availability, site location, and other operational factors. We will make reasonable efforts to meet communicated timelines and will inform customers of any anticipated delays. 

5. Warranty

We offer a warranty of up to 12 months on repair and refurbishment work, covering defects arising from the specific work carried out, subject to the following conditions: 

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, unauthorised modification, or improper installation by the customer 

• The warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service, or components not part of the original scope of work 

• Warranty claims must be reported promptly, and the equipment may need to be inspected by our team to validate the claim 

Specific warranty terms will be confirmed in writing for each service or transaction. 

6. Rental Terms

For rental services: 

• Rental duration, pricing, and terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking 

• The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period and must report any damage, malfunction, or incident promptly 

• Equipment must be returned in the condition provided, subject to normal wear and tear 

• Additional charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear, late returns, or loss of equipment 

• Extension of rental periods is subject to availability and mutual agreement 

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified at the time of quotation or invoicing. Late payments may attract additional charges as communicated. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or further service until outstanding payments are settled, where applicable. 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for: 

• Providing accurate information regarding equipment, fault details, and operational requirements 

• Ensuring safe access to equipment and site for inspection, pickup, or on-site servicing 

• Operating returned or rented equipment within its rated specifications 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reflux Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of production, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or equipment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service, except in cases of proven negligence as determined under applicable law. 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Reflux Magnets / Electro Flux Equipments Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. 

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events. 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
